Refund policy

1. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE

We want to inform you that we do not accept returns; our policy is strictly no returns. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase. Once an order is placed, we do not offer exchanges. Once an item is received, no return requests will be entertained. 


2. In case of damage/delivery of a wrong product.

We recommend you make an unboxing video while opening the parcel, inspect the product thoroughly while the video is on, and stop the video once you are satisfied with your order.

You can request for an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
The damaged/exchange product will be inspected upon receipt and the damaged/exchange product will be delivered within 7 – 10 days.

The unboxing video should start from the part you are opening the parcel inspecting your order, show in the video if there is any issue, and contact us immediately if there is any defect or damage or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!

An unboxing video is compulsory to be eligible for exchange of the product.

The defect must be visible in the unboxing video.
